The Enchanté Edition / 03

Enchanté · Edition 3
We are back again y'all. Well, we learned last time that the header font of choice was a little squiggly, so maybe we made it a little less funky. Or maybe more. Hard to tell, but we're here. Shows you tendency, but it feels 2008.
“And with that, and the topic of dirt bikes, comes a collab I've wanted to explore for a while now.”
Dirt Studios.

They are a creative studio and lifestyle brand built around moto culture, connection, and everything that comes with it. A proper setup, with good people and a love for the sport. The more we chatted, the more it made sense to make something together.
Motorsports is a weird space. Two wheels and four all feel different from far off, but there's a shared world in it. What we say with Enchanté is almost certainly just what they would say with Dirt. It's all a little raw, a little emotional, a little handmade, and a lot of it comes from just wanting to make cool shit.
Anyways, where was I. Yes, dirt, collab, tee. Studios was a way to get a little dirtier, grittier, less overly put together and more raw. Which means, dirt, motorcycles and all-round good mood.

We always loved bikes. Since I was a kid, my friends and I owned some dirt bikes and mini-moto things. It was one of those things where you ride, crash, rip it up, and everyone gets dirty. Just being free. We even had these big screen-printed jumpers and weird little makeshift race wear from when I was young.
“Over the years, bikes have given me an escape, a sense of belonging, and a desire for adventure.”
I think what's cool about this one is that Dirt is such an unfiltered thing. Two wheels just get your mind somewhere else. Riding is raw and simple. You're figuring it out, probably covered in dust, and that's what this piece was made from.

“If this doesn’t make sense to you, it’s totally ok.”
Maybe it does, maybe it doesn’t. In the end, it’s meant to be fun. Sometimes on the bike, I find there are those spaces we all look for visually, especially in sport. The gear, the logos, the little things you collect and remember. And that was part of what made this feel like a cool thing to make. Maybe this can be another little chapter and another object that someone wants to keep.

So, once again, our collab with Dirt Studios was wanted to acknowledge a corner of motorsport that most people will never see, never sit in, never be around, but one that brings the same feelings of chaos, freedom, and community.
And it’s interesting, because I think that’s the broader point these nostalgia-style releases get at. We are building a lot of things with Enchanté right now, and I keep trying to tell stories that connect different parts of motorsport, feeling, and life.

We also leaned into some late kitschy racing nostalgia here. Maybe a 90s, maybe 00s, very worn-in and colorful. Something that felt like it could have been picked up at a little race event twenty years ago. It gets you somewhere else. There was a real connection between what was once kids' gear and what a grown-up might still want to wear. I think those lines between where and when still blur the older you get. It's hard to tell if you've made a tee about bikes, or if you've made a tee about memories, identity, escape, and those tiny emotional objects we carry with us.
See you soon.
